Omakase Course Only

We serve only the omakase course, crafted by Japanese chef Yamamoto, who presents each dish and every piece of sushi with meticulous attention and care.

Our restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis.

Please make a reservation in advance before your visit.

Reservations can be made online or by phone.

When booking, please be sure to review the following notes carefully.

Reservation Guidelines

■We do not offer a special menu for children. Reservations are accepted only for children who can comfortably enjoy the full course meal. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us in advance.

■Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at least two days prior to the reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of or immediately before the reservation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations under the following conditions:

・If you cannot eat rice

・If you cannot eat raw fish

・If you cannot eat soy-based products

・If you are vegetarian or vegan

・If you require a gluten-free course

■Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or other heavily scented products, as they may disturb other guests.

■We do not close for a break during business hours.

■Reserved seats will be held for 15 minutes from the reservation time. After this period, we may not be able to guarantee your seating.

■Upon reservation, an authorization hold of €150 per person will be placed on your credit card as a guarantee. This amount will not be charged and is only held to prevent no-shows.

■Please contact us for exclusive use.

■We ask our guests to put their phones on silent mode and not to have phone calls during the dinner time.
